From booking to check-in, Riccardo was a very responsive host and very helpful with supplying information about the area and transportation in/out of Cinque Terre. The flat is quite large and comfortable for traveling families and friends alike, with a supermarket within walking distance.

Riccardo's place was beautiful and so perfect for our stay. Easy walking distance from the train station with regular running trains which was great as we wanted to explore the Cinque Terre. He didn't hesitate to send us many recommendations for things to do both in La Spezia and the surrounds which was super helpful! Would highly recommend staying here, hope we can visit again!

Beautiful home that looks just like the photos, with very kind and generous owners. Be sure to check the train stations for migliarina because they don’t run as often as la spezia centrale to and from cinque terre. Still a great location though, only 20 min away by train and a lovely view

This place was fantastic !!! Most well stocked Air BnB I’ve had the opportunity to stay in. Riccardo and his mother were so helpful in providing information that it made our stay so lovely. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. The apartment was So close to a supermarket, train and the bus to get everywhere. If you coming to the area and heading to see Cinque Terre this is the place to stay. Everything was perfect. Thanks Riccardo for making our visit To La Sepia and Cinque Terre a very terrific time!
