Really spacious cottage in beautiful surroundings with a wonderful view right out to the sea. It was great value for the amount of space available in the area. The maintenance issues mentioned by others, like cracked windows and leaky porch were clearly resolved before our stay. There had been plenty of rain and it was puddle free inside. No cracked windows either. There was a dripping toilet which Michael was responsive about, we didn’t insist on it being fixed whilst we were there as it wasn’t causing an issue for us during our stay. All round it was what we needed to visit nearby family and friends with the flexibility to also have them come and see us together with their dog too. The toddlers LOVED the cupboards that were big enough for hide and seek too.

Over the moon with our stay at sandpiper cottage, it was in a great location with a super garden for the kids and dogs to run about in. We didn’t want to leave I would quite happily stay there forever so will definitely we back when it’s strawberry picking season. Thanks Michael

great cottage and ideal for the dogs. close to the beach and other amenities. great access to travelling further afield, Braemar and St Andrews. clean, tidy and comfy.
