Beautiful private mountain home.

The cabin is close to sugar mountain ski resort roughly 40 min drive and located in a seclusive area where you get good privacy. We went there with 2 other family total of 6 adults and 3 kids. The room cabin was spacious and had well equipped kitchen. Locking the doors was little tricky but Liz provided good instructions. Also wifi was not the fastest where it was difficult to stream kids show but we did not spend much time in the cabin that it didn't bother us much. In the description is does recommend for AWD to drive up to the cabin but our party had 2 cars that were FWD and they made it just fine. Side note to that there was no ice or snow on the ground.

The house was beautiful and the view breathtaking! I will say I underestimated the description of the drive in being a "bit steep", when it was a 1.5 mile drive on a one lane street that twisted through the mountain. Not being from the mountains that first drive in was scary, but after a handful of times driving in and out I was more comfortable. The advice to access the house during the daylight for the first time was a great tip. The house made this trip unforgettable, with two fireplaces, beautiful woodwork, floor to ceiling windows...I could go on and on. Definitely worth every penny!

My family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home, and it was a lovely experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, the large kitchen was well stocked making it easy to cook for a large group, and the view was AMAZING.

We had a great family vacation off the beaten path for sure. That is what we were looking for. House was great and had plenty of room for our party of 5 adults and 5 children. We would stay again!
