Ein wunderbarer Ort etwas abseits für eine grossartige Erholung. Gleich am Anfang erhielten wir eine kleine Führung und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einer kleinen Terrasse direkt neben den Rebbergen. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch, reichhaltig und frisch zubereitet. Das Brot wird selbst gebacken und auch sonst werden viele Kräuter und Zutaten aus dem eigenen Garten verarbeitet. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft definitiv weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Das Ambiente ist schön und das Essen war sehr gut. Uns hat gefallen, dass das Abendessen immer eine Überraschung war und alles frisch zubereitet wurde. Das Brot und die gesalzene Butter waren ein Genuss. Die Anfahrt war Anfangs etwas abenteuerlich. Die Unterkunft ist an einem steilen Hang und es ist etwas eng.

A true piece of paradise. Breakfast, dinner, architecture and location were all magical. The hotel has Incredible staff who make you feel at home. Thank you for the best 4 nights of our trip!

I love this place so much I want to keep it a secret for myself! Honestly, stop reading reviews and just book to stay here, its incredible. The food is the best dining experience I've had in a loooong time. Breakfast, lunch dinner. The chef takes such care and attention to the menu it's just amazing. We ended up eating here most nights it was that good. They cater to all dietary requirements and I would say it's actually the best place we ate in all of Madeira, and we got to stay there too!! Bonus! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the town of Calheta is lovely, great beach, the rum distillery is fascinating and worth a visit too. The actual accommodation was fantastic, modern, clean, incredible views. They are like little modern tiny homes built into the cliffside. The staff were all so lovely and knowledgeable about everything too. I can't write a long enough review to sell this place any better so do yourself a favour and just stay here if you visit Madeira!
