Kevin est à l’écoute et très réactif. Le logement est bien équipé. Manque tout de même un sèche cheveux. La plage de Calheta est jolie et à 5 minutes à pieds du logement les restaurants sont à côté.

Positives • Great location. • Spacious. • Dishwasher was very handy. • Lots of clothes hangers. For a better tenant experience, please consider the following: 1) Proactiveness - we requested fans for each bedroom, additional towels and also maintenance of the laundry drying machine. This could not be done in the 2 weeks we were there. Incredibly sticky at night and very difficult to sleep. Dryer not working also meant we had to be careful how we did the laundry to ensure we had dry items. 2) Mosquito nets - needed on all windows and out doors. 3) Maintenance and repairs - a kitchen cabinet was loose and is almost falling off. Needs to be repaired or at the very least tenants need to be informed not to touch it. Dryer also. 4) Next tenant preparedness - we found drinks, alcohol, food and previous client clothes and effects in the villa. The cleaners need to ensure that all open food items, drinks, clothes etc are removed before the next tenant arrives. Or inform otherwise in advance.

Great place to stay right by the pebbled beach and 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach. There are lots of restaurants nearby (one next door that was great). Shame the balconies are looking at the big hotel, but don't let it put you off. Could do with fans in the room, but think it was just weirdly hot when I stayed. Thank you, loved our stay.

La casa es un encanto, decorada con gusto, muy bien situada y con el plus de disponer de aparcamiento propio en la puerta. Kevin nos atendió todas las dudas rápidamente. Recomiendo muchísimo la vivienda a cualquiera que desee visitar Madeira. Si, además de Calheta, deseas moverte por la isla procura alquilar un buen coche.
