This home is truly a gem. We spent about 6 weeks here and can’t say enough about how much this home was perfect for our trip. The location is amazing, within walking distance to great restaurants, bars and even a grocery store. The home itself appears to be brand new, with new appliances, lots of storage and incredible attention to detail given to everything we would need during our stay. Finally, Annette and Kirk are truly great hosts. They were always available and addressed questions immediately. They also made it feel like home with personal touches, such as a new toy and treats for our dog. It was difficult to leave and we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else if we ever returned to San Francisco.

We spent one month at Annette and Kirk’s place while apartment hunting in and around San Francisco, and we highly recommend their apartment. The location is hard to beat, in a safe and quiet street, just a couple of blocks from pretty much anything (bakery, restaurants along Fillmore St, supermarket, dog friendly park just a block away). The apartment itself is quiet, spotless and very well equipped, down to the user manual of every appliance in the apartment. Annette and Kirk have been very accommodating, offering their garage to store our stroller, or an extra mattress when we had an unexpected extra guest for a couple of days - or nicely calling us when we had to leave our dogs one afternoon and they started to bark. Thank you again, Annette and Kirk, I will not hesitate to book again for friends and families visiting San Francisco!
