For my wife and I the location was perfect, close to Colva but set back from the noise of the main road. Mrs Geetha was always responsive and helpful. The villa could do with a few more pieces of furniture (bedside cabinets etc.) but we managed with what was available. We shall return :-)

We stayed at Shaan's place for over a month. The villa is big and very near to the beach, and if anything was needed, Shaan was there to help. We would love to go back again.

We stayed at the property for over a month and would very much recommend it coz of it location- very close to the finest beaches in south Goa - colva, Benaulim, betalbatim, Uttorda all at less than 15 min drive. The house itself is a beautiful 3 stories house in a very amicable society and a nice clean gym and pool. With 2 little toddlers we very much enjoyed the pool. The house itself could do with a little more furnishings and furniture for a luxurious stay but has all the essentials. We did miss a few things but both Shaan and Mrs Geeta were very responsive and did provide the pressure cooker etc that we asked for. The living room downstairs doesn’t have an AC and can get quite hot during the summer months, all other bedrooms do have ACs and are quite comfy. Overall very much recommended, loved the peaceful stay, yet so close to all amenities including groceries, veggies, restaurants and beaches.
