I recently stayed at Alok's Airbnb and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The check-in process was seamless, the caretaker was extremely attentive and helpful throughout my stay, the location was perfect with stunning views from the balconies, and the beach was just a short 10-minute walk away. If you're planning a long trip to Goa and want a perfect blend of relaxation and productivity, this is the ultimate place to stay. In one line: "This property truly feels like home ❤️".

Great place. Great amenities. Deepinder the caretaker was very helpful. Its near colva beach. The only con was that it’s slightly more expensive or else a very nice stay. Highly recommend

Pictures are very accurate and place is well decorated with clean furniture and linens. Beds are firm. Kitchen is well equipped and freezer has ice tray which is brilliant, water filter is also a great bonus as less plastic waste. washing machine was handy too. Building is clean and feels safe as security is always posted. Due to construction of a new building the road to the entrance is hidden and a dirt track. This is temporary but a bit annoying. The construction is a slight hassle but is not owners fault, and who goes on holiday to sleep past 9 anyhow 😆. Pool, gym and game room are clean and usable but we opted for the beach more. Overall a good experience and if the construction was not there it would be an outstanding place to stay. Colva is busy, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beach is a 8-10 mins walk. Suggest hiring a scooter. Do NOT use the suggested person Mantesh, on the corner or the beach circle. Loads of rental places nearby.

The place is superb and have great value to stay. Very peaceful and serene. The caretaker doesn’t clean every day and they charge if you ask to clean. I stayed for 3 days but he did not come to clean it. As there is kitchen available, it is requested to have some basic items like cooking oil, spices etc so that rest of stuff can be purchased and cooked. Kindly check your furniture fixtures, some are not working properly. Overall stay was good and close to beach.
