Affordable and very comfortable, fully furnished 2BHK apartment in Colva Pearl complex, 300mtr away from famous colva beach. This is ideal for groups and families of 2-4 people who are looking to spend quality time on the beach and relax.Provision stores, fresh vegetable/fruit shops, eateries, souvenir shops, car/bike rentals are all in 200 mtr radius. This is a 2 bedroom furnished apartment with AC bedrooms, power backup, TV, Fridge, fully automatic washing machine, fully functional kitchen, water purifier, hot water geyser, 4 seater wooden dinning table, 32" LED TV, induction, coffee table, etc. HD TV all the channels are subscribed. You can enjoy channels like HBO, Discovery, etc in HD at no extra cost. The house has a unlimited internet wifi connection. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, a 2 burner gas stove, refrigerator, induction to handle basic cooking. It is 5 minutes walking from the beach. The apartment is spacious with regular breeze from the balcony. It has swimming pool. The apartment complex has swimming pool that is well maintained and is open from 8AM to 8 PM. You'll have your own private parking space for your rented car/bike/scooter.

It was a great experience to stay at such a nice, clean and comfortable space. It's near colva beach 3min drive. It was indeed managed by a good host, who takes care of the space with such positive hospitality. The house cleaner was very polite and supportive as we got a little late to check out. After two days when we checked out our host met us,asked for the feedback and checked everything about our experience. So I felt really nice. You can visit with your family members and friends. A very peaceful place, a super market place for shopping everything is nearby only. Do visit guys🩷

Place was just few mins walk away from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets were nearby. Swimming pool was clean and quiet. Kitchen was equipped with basic necessities. Overall, it was great value for money and the host Sapana was very helpful.
Great host to start with! Response time and attitude was striking! Made our stay as seamless as it can be! Great place to stay if planning a south Goa trip!
We stayed at Sapana’s place for three nights and it was such a wonderful stay. We reached there in the evening and there was no hassle in the check in. All the mentioned amenities and facilities were right in place. Sapana was very proactive and always responded and helped us with local sightseeing, restaurants, grocery shop recommendations. There was a little problem with the kitchen sink and she got it fixed right away. Cleaning is available on alternate days. The society is nice and has a clean pool. It’s at a 10 minutes walking distance from Colva beach. In short, we felt right at home and had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
