We loved being so close to so many farms - especially during apple season! Dale was very responsive to our requests. The cottage was charming and seemed even bigger than in the pics.

Dale’s place is beautiful and the landscape is gorgeous. I’m giving it a 5 star review on all levels. I do want to mention, as shown in the photos, 3 of the windows have no curtains nor shades. 2 windows in the kitchen and 1 window at the entrance. They face a house downhill and also have a side angle to the road. I was uncomfortable but I wasn’t staying long enough to ask Dale to adjust it. I think if I had asked Dale he would have put curtains up because he was very nice, even offering a very early check in time. In the end because the heater was on, static electricity held trash bags to the windows and that worked for me. Again the place is so very nice and spacious and comfortable. All the spices you could need, pans, baking trays etc. as well as some wood for outside fire also provided. Thank you for letting us stay.

I loved it. Warwick is quaint, beautiful downtown. Shopping, good food. The house is a great getaway cottage with everything you need. We even got to see the stables and horses up close which you can even see from the backyard no less. We had a great time here.

We enjoyed our stay very much despite our original plans getting rained out. But honestly, that made my friends and I enjoy the cottage more. The property was beautiful. I wish we got to explore it more.. Next time!! Since we'd love to come back. The cottage was very cozy and well stocked with seasoning!! Which we appreciated so much. It's hard to come by an airbnb with a well stocked kitchen. Dale was great responsive and very accommodating! I would recommend anyone to stay here. Thanks again!

This was our second visit to Dales cottage and it was just as amazing as the first time. My fiance and I absolutely love this place and we will be back again!! Dale is always an amazing host and is very responsiveto any and all questions. We cannot recommend this property enough, it's incredible!
