Though the apartment was comfortable there were many issues during our stay. Firstly, when we arrived shortly after three 3 pm check in there was someone parked in the parking that we were instructed to. During our stay this was a constant issue even being blocked in by one of their guests. When entering, we noticed a horrid smell immediately. We cleaned and observed the floors were filthy, it took 4 mops to be able to not constantly end up with black mop water. After cleaning and settling in we were encounter with numerous issues during our stay which I have outlined them below in the cons. Pros: -the owner was friendly -Even though it did not have a stove they had other means of cooking. -Kitchen did have almost everything you would need Cons: -Bugs; they do have borax throughout the apartment however we seen multiple bugs during our stay. -apartment was filthy as if it was never actually cleaned or even mopped ever -dirty dishes in cabinet -they were partying outside the wind

the place was amazing, muy acogedor, muy limpio, muy privado, muy peaceful, tiene Todo lo q necesitas sin necesidad d comprar nada o llamar al host, definitely we will comeback, my husband loved the privacy even outside, he loved to seat there and enjoy, ty Hector and Jessica ☺️💗 Dios Les bendiga.

The place was as described. Hector was very responsive with any questions. Check in was very simple. Comfortable bed and decent size living area for a studio. Close to many good restaurant's. Would recommend this place.
