I stayed in Letizia’s apartment for five weeks and really enjoyed it. It was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was nice and firm and the small balcony was great for reading. AC, Wi-Fi, and washing machine all worked well, and the induction stove was nice when needed. The Monteverde location was perfect, with the bus stop only a minute away to go into the centre of Rome. There were lots of bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and grocery stores all within walking distance, along with the outdoor market.

Great time was had! Had loads of amenities, even an ironing board and iron for a last minute dress emergency.

We felt so at home in this apartment where we stayed for the month of April and a few days in May of 2023. We did travel to a few other places in Italy, but we always came back here and it was like going home. The bed was super comfortable, and the utensils and furnishings were simple but very useful. The building is quiet, nice & clean. We loved the location which is where Romans live. There isn't much going on in this neighborhood but there are some great shops and restaurants. We also loved the apartment's small balcony where two people can sit comfortably. We walked between six and 12 miles every day, and from this location, it was so easy to get to Trastevere and to the historic district of Rome. When walking seemed a bit much, we just hopped on the No. 8 bus which runs often and dropped us off a few blocks from the apartment. The H bus can also be useful if you're going to Roma Termini train station, but it's less reliable and almost always uncomfortably crowded.

Bon séjour a Casa Bilocale, malgré de nombreux problèmes de transport (dans la ville et pour notre retour anticipé) mais cela est indépendant du logement proposé qui est très sympa, pratique, bien équipé dans un quartier globalement calme.

Excellent accommodation that fully met our needs. Quiet location with easy access to local shops, restaurants and bus routes.
