Just come back from 10 days at Hartmut's Lanz a lot villa. Great holiday. Beautiful villa - just like the photos. Very impressive. Great position in a quiet residential area but within minutes of the supermarket, old harbour and beeches. Communications leading up to, and during our holiday were quick and helpful. Overall our experience was so good we are just about to book again for next year. !

We have returned from 10 nights at Lanz a lot. Beautifully designed, built, fitted out, furnished and presented we were very sad to leave. Hartmut is a great host and very responsive. The property is a gentle stroll to the Lidl which has almost everything, there is a Spar a similar distance. We generally ate out in the evenings, but also enjoyed a few late nights at the outdoor dining area which gets the last of the days sun and is sheltered well if the wind is blowing. Special mentions for Fariones steak house, restaurant al marinero, Mardeleva, and Lomo Alto locally. Further afield and a bit more pricey we also went to Kamezí and Cocina de Colacho in Playa Blanca. Both great food, the former has amazing views, the latter almost certainly one of the best food experiences of my life and a wonderful vibe to the family restaurant. Thank you Hartmut!

An absolute Gem of a Villa. Could not fault any of it. From the welcome pack, to the items in the cupboards, comfy beds, awesome terraces and pool. It was wonderful.

This property is amazing, nothing is to much trouble if you have any issues and very prompt response provided. Located on a lovely quiet road feels very private but only 10 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of town. Or 4 euros by taxi to the new or old town. There are also many different zones around the pool area and a lovely upstairs veranda which is off two of the main bedrooms. This also has sunbeds and chairs available for that early morning coffee and sunrise or to watch the evening sunset or the view of the sea. A Lovely welcome pack was also provided on our arrival. With Supermarkets very easy to get to just 6 minutes walk away. Cleanliness at the villa was superb and the whole property was so well equipped, everything has been carefully considered to ensure your stay is a seamless stress free event from start to finish.
