giving 2star bcz of the cleanliness of the rooms, otherwise if you are planning to stay here keep few things in mind:- 1) not in the centre of the city, not even the tour cabs know the location. 2) even for a good place to eat tou have to travel to the core of the city. 3) gysers not working, in such a cold weather it should be the utmost priority. 4)ceiling of the one washroom is leaking, so kuch that you cnt even stand there,l. 5)caretaker doesn’t ans calls , when u ask the main authority then only he comes. 6)it is near stadium but that doesn’t make any difference to the property concerns. 7) lastly the response from the stay was fast and assuring but nothing got resolved in out 2 day stay so , will not recommend the place

Great location, Owner behavior was very kind and was very helpful and always available when needed. Cleaning was nicely done, and the cleaning person's behavior was also very kind and helpful. I'll recommend this place 10/10 in Dharamshala for staying.

hi Kanav. I had a pleasant stay with my family. everything was peaceful and readily available. only issue we had was the washroom leakage

Value for money house, we stayed in first floor and it was worth for what we paid except some small issues in toilet. Parking is a little challenging, if there is more than one vehicle. Location is near to almost everything. Road is very narrow to the house. There is a caretaker available all the time. Bath towels were not provided. They do have a washing machine and you can make use of it free of cost. The view from the top of the house is amazing.
