Our family had a great stay here. It has the feel of a beach house so we got into vacation mode right away. Sheets were professionally laundered and everything was clean. 4 sleeping spaces allowed for good sleeping privacy and the 2 separate "living rooms" were nice when folks wanted to do separate things. We were able to eat in the upstairs patio for breakfast and dinner and the downstairs outdoor dining area under the patio for lunch when the sun was out. The backyard was nice for our kiddo to play at and the neighbors were friendly. It was very quiet in a lovely neighborhood but very close to the highways. Washer and dryer so great to have! We spent most days going to Newport (20-30 mins away). Nearby pharmacies and grocery stores were great. As in pictures, the front door opened to a staircase landing - it was only half a staircase to get upstairs which was helpful for the older folks in our group who wanted to minimize stairs. Dana was very responsive!

Great location. The different sitting areas were great for getting people together. The Narragansett beach passes really make it.. The place was really clean and the communication with Dana was very clear. Enjoyed the fire pit, outside shower, and backyard also.

A very pleasant stay for our family plus boyfriends and girlfriends. The house had enough room, and the kitchen was better equipped than most we've encountered. Dana responded immediately and helpfully to questions, both before and during the visit. Getting to the Narragansett beach requires driving more than ten minutes, and parking can make for a long walk once you're there. We used some other nearby beaches (such as Scarborough state beach) as well.

The house was in a wonderful location and Dana was very responsive when we had a couple minor things that needed to be fixed, which she tended to immediately. She stopped in to make sure we were comfortable and gave us suggestions for a near by market, places to eat and beaches. The Narrow River was very refreshing to take a swim after a hot day at the beach. We would highly recommend this location.
