This is the second time we have stayed with Kaye and Rich and it was wonderful again! We came in the autumn previously and it was so cosy and snug and to visit again in the spring was such a joy. The cottage had everything we could have needed for a perfect and peaceful stay. Kaye and Rich as great hosts . The gardens and extended grounds are beautiful. I would highly recommend a stay and will be back at some stage

Our stay at Kaye’s was fantastic. Kate and Rich are lovely people who really care about the experience and environment. The cottage was cosy and very well equipped. The hot tub was such an exciting luxury and instructions were clearly explained to us. The grounds are stunning and we enjoyed wondering about them. The location is great for a variety of walks. We are excited to visit again some time. Thanks Kate and Rich for having us!

We enjoyed a very comfy stay revisiting old family haunts and returning to Kaye’s was a treat. A very comfy, well appointed and pristine home. Thank you Kaye, we would definitely stay again .

A great place to stay- cosy, spotless cottage with a large living space and comfortable bedrooms. We were particularly appreciative of the hot tub after a long drive and some very wild weather on Exmoor! Kaye had thoughtfully turned it on for us so it was ready when we arrived. Location was great - a lovely part of the moor, and very convenient for the Black Venus pub (walkable) and the Exmoor Forest Inn (10-20 mins drive, weather dependent), both excellent for food. Great value for money for the quality of the accommodation.
