Fondly known as Badger Run, this stunning 7 bed/6 bath home was a dream come true for us. Purposefully situated on a favorite knoll in stately ponderosa pines with a pond and panoramic views. After downsizing, we decided to add this home to our hosting collection. We are happy to host overnight guests up to 17 and events such as weddings up to 30. It is private, quiet, and Colorado living at its finest. We hope you can make beautiful memories here with friends and family just like we have! This is a place you can lose yourself and find yourself all at the same time. Spend time reading, having an outdoor dinner with family and friends, or hosting a small micro wedding on the amazing back deck. Stand in the front lawn awed by a sunset. Take a walk around the trees, into the meadow, or just around the pond. Cozy up to one of the two fireplaces with a book. Cook a gourmet dinner in the gorgeous kitchen. Take a long nap or sleep the morning away in one of the luxurious beds- be sure to follow that up with a long hot shower in one of the several spa style showers or a long soak in the freestanding tub. Enjoy the walkout area with family and friends with a pool table, ping pong and big screen TV. Whatever your desire this is a great space to do it with the ones you love. We do not have A/C. Situated above 7500 feet elevation and surrounded by cooling pines, this home stays cool with windows open in the summer months. Especially our cool Colorado nights keep the space comfortable without it. Micro weddings and other events up to 30 guests allowed, with payment of additional fees. Additional policies may apply to events/gatherings for groups over 16. Please inquiry if you'd like to host an elopement, micro wedding, or other event with us.
