Super Cute-Tiny House located minutes away from Ichetucknee Springs State Park. Perfect for kayakers, snorkelers and divers to easily access the local springs in the area. We are close to Poe, Blue, Ginnie, Itchtucknee Springs and more. Perfect nights are spent looking at the stars and enjoying the fire pit and grill right off of the wood deck. The tiny house is located at a local campground with a super clean community bath house and laundry for longer stays. It's a quiet, friendly area. The home was built with local wood after a tornado took down numerous trees in our neighborhood several years ago. The wood was milled and then used to create this unique one of a kind space. The handmade barn doors for the bedroom and bathroom, the hand turned wooden sink and more will delight your eyes with their design. It is a small space that accommodates a bedroom with nightstand, two lamps and a barn door for privacy. -The main living area holds a loveseat and breakfast table to two underneath the sun filled window. -The bathroom has barn door as well and a one of a kind wood hand turned sink atop a handmade vanity. The standup shower with endless hot water via the tankless heater. -The kitchen efficiency holds a coffee pot, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, college fridge/freezer and various cooking items to compliment your stay. Coffee & Tea provided. -There is WiFi but depending on the weather can be sketchy at best. I wouldn't plan on it for a video work conference call or streaming. -Cell signal is strong here for all carriers. -We do allow pets but due to the space we don't recommend more than one per reservation. The pet pet fee is $25. Pets must be leash walked and picked up after. Use the onsite dumpster for pet waste. Pet fee paid via Airbnb. -If travelling with a pet please notify us for approval. -There is a community trash receptacle on site for longer stays and for when you depart to dispose of your trash. -There are wonderful restaurants all around most within a 10 minute drive. Lake City------(our closest big town) Publix, Aldi, TJMaxx, Hobby Lobby and most commercial restaurants.
