This place was perfect for our stay :) me and a few friends wanted to have a place to rest our heads for the weekend and this was great. Admittedly the walls are a bit thin and if you’re on the bottom floor, you can hear the footsteps pretty easily above, as well as noisy plumbing. But past that, this place is great for the price. I usually just put white noise on to drown out any unwanted noise so the noise didn’t bother me much if at all. The fridge was bigger than expected so that was an added plus. Everything appeared to be polished and clean too. Check in was straightforward and easy. Parking was too; I had a two people in our party easily find street parking nearby so that made the trip for us a lot less stressful. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Responsive host that regularly called to check-in, was very flexible with check-in time as well. Friendly and had no problem requesting additional resources. Check out process was super easy, would stay again.

I picked this for my family to stay at universal studios because it's not far from the hotel. But if your with your kids id recommend somewhere else only because the other people staying there next door were being loud and in and out their room all night. Other than that it's ok if u need somewhere just to sleep. Shower was nice and hot and it was clean besides a eyelash on the floor and a few hair strand left on the shower wall. I give it a 3 stars cus it looks like the picture water was great beds are ok . You get what's advertised. Overall not a bad stay check in and out was easy and easy to find .

Hotel stay was very pleasant and felt safe. About a 15 min drive to Universal Studios which was our goal and with traffic about 15-20 mins to Hollywood walk of Fame without taking the freeway! The Hotel hosts/Front desk were extremely kind and very helpful. Once I told them I could not go downstairs because I am physically handicapped and cannot go up and down the stairs frequently and could not retrieve towels, they were very kind to quickly hand deliver them to our room. Only two small issues. One was that there was some trash left behind from the last tenants by house keeping which I think is a common mistake and we were fine with it since it was a couple items that had fallen behind a chair. But the second, was that the bathroom, even though ver well restocked, was not completely clean as there were stray hairs on the shower walls and many small hairs on the shower mat provided. Aside from that,all linens, microwave & refrigerator were all very clean! I would stay here again!🥰

Olía muy mal la habitación, y no funcionaba la cerradura del baño. Intentaron cambiarnos de habitación pero no había disponibles. Aceptable por el precio que pagas, cerca y accesible para llegar a universal studios que es a donde íbamos, zona tranquila, no cobran estacionamiento como muchos.
