Nice for small family. Room for your boat parking. One mile to Lake at Salmon Run Boat Launch and swimming area. Walk or bike it, too. The Marina and Campfire Grill are 5 mins away. S'ville is 5 mins. The Gauley put-in and Battle Run beach 12 mins away. Three acres. Owner has small house on property. Shared parking. Plenty of space indoors and out. Four hundred square foot tiny house with big living. Mini split heat/air keeps temp consistent and with a fan. Smart TV with streaming services and WiFi available. An episode of HULU Bite Size Halloween filmed on location here! Season 2, episode 7: Occupational Hazard. See amenities. Only four neighbors in area so please respect property boundaries and others.

Gig's Place was a great spot to spend the weekend -- Gena is accommodating, kind, and has really well-informed responses. The Tiny itself is cozy, the bed was extremely comfy, and the tankless water heater is a great touch to keep the shower toasty. Would happily stay here again.
This cozy little cabin was a great find: conveniently close to the lake, the New River Gorge National Park, and all the other activities the area offers. Gena was a very friendly and helpful host!
Fantastic tiny house and host! Everything was squeaky clean, super cute and nicely done! Host is very sweet and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and willing to help you locate anything you want to do. I’ll definitely be booking another stay when I’m in the area!
Great place to stay! We felt right at home and it was close to all the hikes and the lake😊 Gena was very welcoming and attentive! Will definitely be back!

Conveniently located at the Lake, right off Rt. 19. Situated on 3.5 acres of field and small wooded area. The Salmon Run boat/kayak launch is just one mile from us. Swim and hike. Drive, walk or bike the paved one mile from our place. You can bike or walk a five-mile paved loop, or more, in addition to nearby trails.
The Marina and Sarge's Dive Shop are a five minute drive. Rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards and scuba gear. Also Mountain Lake Campground, with putt putt golf and gift shop. Plus dine at Campfire Grill. Long Point Trail is right past that.
The host has a home on the property. Three neighbors on our road, all greatly spaced apart, so please respect boundaries and quiet hours.
Parking is available in front of the tiny house, beside it or behind it.
