Stable Cottage is situated in a peaceful countryside location but within a 10 minute walk from the lovely market town of Kingsbridge. The house has a large kitchen/ dining living area with far reaching views across the valley. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a cosy snug to relax in front of the tv or fire. There is also a pod in the garden which sleeps two in single beds. The mature walled garden has two decking areas, one with a hot tub, with plenty of seating. The house is a mix of contemporary and old with several places to relax in and enjoy the tranquility of the area. There is plenty of parking on the driveway and the house sits away from the road.

A superb house with excellent facilities in stunning grounds with wonderful views. My family and our dog really enjoyed the charm of this property from the high-tech kitchen through to the hot tub overlooking the walled garden. Highly recommended!!!

Kingsbridge is a bustling market town at the end of the Salcombe estuary. There are plenty of shops, cafes, take aways and delis. Within easy reach of Salcombe, Thurlestone and Banthams stunning surf beaches with plenty of activities to do on the water. Walking is also very popular on the South West Coastal path and we are only a 30 minute drive away to the wild and rugged Dartmoor.
Other market towns of interest nearby are Totnes and Dartmouth with its steam railway linking to Paignton and Torbay.
