We loved our stay at Rumples Retreat! Such a beautiful, peaceful place! Very convenient to Greyson Highlands state park and they even provided a pass!! Also an easy drive to the Virginia Creeper Trail as well. My kids loved the arcade and the drive in movie! We will definitely be coming back!

We had such a great, although short, family trip thanks to Highland Hideaways. The cabin was very quaint and clean with beautiful views. The kids loved the arcade and it was such a plus to have it available. The creek was gorgeous and convenient to the cabin. We loved the perks of the cabin being set up to alexa and the ease of access that provided. The manual on how to operate all aspects of the cabin and properties was extremely helpful. It was also convenient to have a couple of general stores in the vicinity for last minute forgotten items. We were wanting a small trip that didn't include spending a ton of money on outside food, entertainment, etc and Highland Hideaways provided just that. We most definitely plan to make this a return trip for our family!

This place is awesome. It is evident the owners take pride in their place. It felt like home. My brother and I enjoyed the arcade.
