We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very peaceful and we were able to relax after hiking all day. We saw deer, turkeys, chipmunks and lots of birds. Jon was very considerate letting us know the lawn service was coming, and was very responsive to messages throughout our trip. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean and comfortable. The proximity to the Grayson Highlands was a huge plus, and we hiked there every day. Even if you are looking for a less active retreat, Jon’s cabin is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. We will definitely come back!

Private Perfection ❤️ the drive up was intense the first time but a breeze every time after, the sign perfectly lit and in plain view, as promised. The first view of the place as we drove down the driveway was breathtaking! The cabin was everything I could ever ask for and more, the bathtub reigns supreme compared to every other Airbnb I've stayed before, it was the whole reason for the trip! On top of a tub with lots of room, the view was beautiful too! The bed was perfectly soft and oh my gosh there were SO MANY outlets to choose from.. ALL over the cabin!! All in all, I couldn't of asked for a better experience, we cannot wait to come back again! Maybe next time, with some snow!

This cabin is a beautiful spot to relax and cook after hiking in Grayson Highlands. We spent two nights, one in stormy weather and one with clear skies, and the cabin was cozy and comfortable and well equipped. Good bird watching from the front porch. WiFi calling and quick internet were a big bonus since cell service is limited in the surrounding area.

We have stayed many times at this cabin and love it every time. Closest you can get to Grayson Highlands State Park and not too far to the little markets at Whitetop to pick up anything you might have forgotten. I love the modern appliances and the light and airy feel. Perfect for a couple or two good friends. Jo. Is a great host and has gone out of the way to make our stays comfortable.
