I stayed for 2 months and everything was perfect. The apartment had everything I needed and the terrace is an amazing and rare find. I arrived very early in the morning and they were there to let me in prior to the check-in time. I’m not sure this would always be an option but I was extremely grateful. Agnes was very responsive when I had a couple questions and I felt at ease. The neighbors were kind and safety was not an issue. I would stay here every time if I had the opportunity to visit Paris again without a doubt! After learning more about apartments in I know this apartment is special with the elevator and no bugs or mice!! Washing machine was easy to use and the Wi-Fi worked for remote working conditions. I will miss this place so thank you again to Agnes and her team for their hospitality! See you soon hopefully!

Amazing apartments and hosts - only complaint was that there was a lot of construction work going on with the neighbors during my stay but apart from that the apartment was superb and I loved staying there

I stayed here for October 2023. Before this I was very familiar with the neighborhood before, having lived on or close to ave de Breteuil 5 times since 2018. Indeed, I lived in an apartment at number 18 in 2018 that was twice big for half the price. This apartment was very too clean, its best feature is a small balcony giving a panoramic view. The bedroom is at the back of the building, and is really quiet. There is 2 plate induction hob, and a sophisticated “microwave oven” (grill, oven, and microwave all in one!). But I had the feeling no one who stays here cooks. The living room, kitchen and “dining room” are all in one, with 2 seater sofabed. If you plan to stay in October, please note the central building heating is not on until 1 November. I had to buy cups for my morning espresso as the flat had none, but I left these, so you’ll be fine. There are nice wine glasses. A good visit but very expensive for the size.

When I arrived, it took forever to get my bags and I was in contact with Agnes the whole time. After I arrived in my cab, I found out that he only took Euros and I didn't have any so Agnes lent me the money. She was always responsive to my questions, arranging someone to clean the unit each month for me and getting things fixed in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend this unit. The views are spectacular and the location can't be beat.
