Jaxon is the perfect hands-off host in that he was very responsive to messages though the app leading up to my check-in. As the day wore on, I knew I was going to be very late arriving and was worried the unit would be too warm due to it being a very hot day. I asked him to set the air conditioning at 70 degrees so I would arrive to a nice, cool room in order to get a good night's sleep. Within minutes, he notified me he did exactly that and when I got there, the room was very comfortable and cool and I slept very well. The directions to enter the unit upon arrival were simple and precise and the instructions for checking out were equally well described. Jaxon is a great host and I can fully recommend this unit.
