Ly was quick to respond when we had an issue with the bathroom. She was very friendly to talk to and resolved our issue for us. Renters should be aware that there's a sign in the bathroom asking that you don't throw any papers (including toilet paper) in the toilet.

House was advertised as 3 bedroom - 2 bedrooms plus a curtained off space in the dining room with a bed. Very sparsely furnished. The bedrooms had only bed and a small folding chair, one had a dresser, one had a very small stand to put my suitcase on. No extra blankets - my bedroom was cold and there was a closet marked do not open with extra blankets which I opened. We were three, only one bath towel and one hand towel put out. Living room had a couch and one office chair and a coffee table, if we had been three couples where would we have all sat? Kitchen was bare bones. The house is decent and in a quiet neighbourhood, with a bit of attention to detail it could be much nicer.
