We had a fantastic stay at Leticia and Buky’s place. The apartment was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed, well-equipped kitchen, AC, hot water, big comfy bed, nice outdoor dining area. Buky gave us a tour when we checked-in to make sure we knew how everything functioned which was very useful. We were able to communicate well knowing some basic Spanish. We really enjoyed having the hammock in the lounge room to relax in. The location was close to the centre of town and walkable to many restaurants/shops. The food at the family’s restaurant downstairs was phenomenal - particularly the tabasqueñas, soo tasty!! Would be back here in a heartbeat if we are ever back in Tulum.

1. La experiencia fue excelente, es un lugar espacioso. 2. Con una cama queen muy confortable, y posee un sillón amplio. 3. El espacio de cocina y terraza muy agradable y amplio. 4. El hospedaje es muy seguro, en una 2a planta justo arriba de la casa y a 3 cuadras de la Av. principal. 5. Buky fue quien nos recibió, muy amable y atento a lo que necesitamos o le pedíamos. Nos colaboró llevandonos a Cobá por un precio justo. 6. Tenía ciertas amenidades como sal, aceite, pimienta para poder cocinar y todo el menaje de vajilla muy bien cuidado. 7. Hay microondas, cafetera, nos prestaron un Coffee maker y la más útil un sifón de 20 litros de agua que ayuda mucho en toda la estadía.. 8 La pasamos muy bien mi esposa y yo. Hasta una hamaca para disfrutar y descansar. 9. El Hospedaje es altamente recomendado. 10. Muchas gracias Buky y Leticia por todo...PURA VIDA ✨🇨🇷✨

We were so comfortable at Leticia's place. It was easy to communicate with them and they were so friendly as well.
