The place looked just like the photos and it was quiet, peaceful, beautiful. We arrived a little early and were able to check in early. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay, a sink bottom fell in while washing hands and a maintenance worker forgot a key in our door after trying to fix the sink. The building is very secure though AND the host gave me a partial refund to make up for the trouble. It took a bit of consistent communication to get everything taken care of but it was handled nonetheless. Other than that the stay was great! I loved the blackout curtains and would recommend renting a car as it isn’t as walkable if you’re not comfortable not knowing your surroundings.

First of all, the place was impeccable! We loved the interior design of the bedroom, and open space concept of the living room and kitchen. We even got to use a walk-in closet (which is very helpful). The place was very well thought of including furniture selection. Our most favorite (shared) space was the 10ft swimming pool – it’s giving an oasis in the middle of the jungle vibe. To those like us who are planning to stay in Tulum and wanted to stay near Tulum Centro for a couple of days (after spending days in the beach zone), this is the perfect getaway place to be. If you are planning to stay here, I suggest you to have a sort of own private transportation like a car or an atv since the road going to this Airbnb is an unpaved road / dirt road and it gets so dark at night. Btw, there is parking space available outside premises. Overall, it’s all worth it! It made our Tulum stay so memorable.

Beautiful apartment. New building, seriously stunning! Definitely love it as a little spot to hole up in Tulum. It was a bit far away from the action, so if you’re considering staying you definitely want a car or easier way to get around so you can get to town or pick up supplies. We did get some rain which triggered blackouts while we were there in the apartment, which I think was as a result of it being a new build in an area with a lot of construction. The big pool was lovely to hang out in.

Amazing! we loved every minut and so calm and quiet. Just what we needed after a long trip and this was the most perfect place for our last stay. Its best if you have a car and the pools- both the private and shared where amazing.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Anlage ist wirklich schön! Sie entspricht den Bildern sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.
