We really enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place while in Venice! The location is fantastic, very walkable. Cafes and restaurants right outside the door and less than 5 minutes from St Mark’s square. The place matched the description in the profile.

The apartment is excellent!!! It is impeccably clean and smells really nice when you walk in. It is on the second floor. It was self-check-in. They provided us with the pass code the night before we arrived. There was a washing machine on the ground floor which we did not use. The kitchen is fully stocked and the owners left a bottle of wine and water for us in the fridge and cookies on the table. The bathroom is small but very clean and they provided all toiletries and towels. They also provide a pamphlet with all the information you need about nearby supermarkets, restaurants and sites to visit. There are plenty of windows with views to the alleys. Great cross breeze. Close to many high end stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

The hosts were very friendly and communicative. They provided information that were tremendously helpful. Venizia is like a maze and full of places that look the same, it was very easy to get lost but we did not because of the instructions they gave. The wine, water and biscuits were very much appreciated so as the laundry ameneties. The apartment was clean and has plenty of space compared to other Venizia accommodations. While there was no elevator, it was okay for us even for the second floor because our suitcases were not that heavy but if you have bigger or heavier bags and will be on a higher floor, you may need to consider that. The apartment is close to the places you would want to go such as Piazza San Marco, waterboat stations and Rialto. All in all, it is an amazing place to stay, would stay here again. Grazie.
