Linda showed little hospitality and was very short in conversation throughout our 86-day stay. Would never give or return a good morning or good afternoon greeting despite us trying to be as nice and thankful as possible. Wouldn’t give a your welcome to any of our thank yous. She mentioned the housekeeper would come a couple of weeks after we began our stay but she only came to change an air filter and do things in the locked master bedroom. Should’ve just called her the property manager instead. Logically, we thought she would come to clean the place a bit since we were staying 86 days. She asked about which days/times worked best for our schedule the first time but not the 2nd or 3rd. Had to tell her the times didn’t work for us once because we wouldn’t be home and didn’t want anyone entering while we weren’t there. Overall, it was an okay stay. If she would work on her customer service and explained the “housekeeper” better, it would’ve been more positive and comfortable. 3/5 stars.
