Nature-lovers will enjoy watching birds & other wildlife from the patio. Conveniently located in the Imperial Lakes Area of S. Lakeland, close to many stores/restaurants, walking distance to Publix grocery, and not far from Lakeland-Lindbergh Airport. Convenient location for both theme parks and beaches! Heron Haven has many features that will make your stay comfortable and convenient. Some of the kitchen amenities we provide include: 2 types of coffee makers (drip and French press), a hot water kettle, coffee grinder, a blender, toaster, electric mixer, lots of cookware, and some oil and spices. You will find enough coffee, tea, and creamer to get you started, so you don't need to rush to the store when you arrive late. When you do need to shop, there is a Publix Supermarket just a few blocks away. A dedicated work space/desk in the master bedroom provides good lighting, fast wifi and several usb ports and plugs. *Please note that access to the bathroom is through the master bedroom, so guests using 2nd , smaller bedroom or sofa bed in living room will need to go into master bedroom to get to the bathroom. Heron Haven was inspired by the diverse bird life in the area, and the decor includes art and photography of birds and nature, and includes art by local artists as well as several pieces crafted by our own family members. We personally are committed to living in a way that has less impact on the planet, and we use many products and practices in our condo that are environmentally friendly. Our goal is to continue to learn and make changes that are both practical and good for the planet.
