Beautiful Murphys Nest is nestled in a quiet neighborhood steps away from The Watering Hole and Sierra Market and yet just a short walk to downtown where visitors enjoy shopping, restaurants, and wine tasting abound. Additionally, Murphys is located near year-round outdoor activities, from snow sports and fun to hiking, water sports, caverns, and so much more. Murphys Nest has a beautiful and large kitchen, well-equipped with all you’ll need to cook fantastic meals. There is also a spacious living area with a flatscreen and gas fireplace and a nice-sized dining room. Off of the living area is an office in case of work demands with a WiFi laser printer. We have a fast, secure Xfinity network placed in a centralized location for all of your streaming needs, both work- and entertainment-related. On one side of the house is a lovely master suite with a king-sized bed, a flatscreen and a sliding glass door that opens to a spacious deck. The newly remodeled master bath has two vanities, a large soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The other wing of the house has a fully-stocked laundry room, a full guest bath with tub/shower combo, a guest room with a queen-sized bed with a flatscreen and a view of the backyard, and then across the hall, another bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a flatscreen. A pack n’ play and toys are available in this room as well. Step out into the backyard oasis to enjoy the back patio and you’ll find a propane grill/griddle combo and small briquet grill. In fact, the woodsy, peaceful backyard is perhaps the best part of the property. Sip your wine sitting by the pond or while relaxing on the hammock (in greenhouse) after enjoying the outdoor seasonal shower. So many options to enjoy and unwind after a day on the town.
