We open our Portuguese architecture inspired quaint 3 bedroom holiday home in the sleepy goan village of Varca (South Goa) for guests wanting some quiet downtime .Home has tons of natural light , a fully equipped kitchen , linens and all amenities . Sussegad is a pool facing 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Row-House with a spacious living and dining area which flows into the kitchen. It is split into 2 levels, a ground floor which has the common living areas, such as family room, dining area, kitchen and one smaller size guest bedroom and bathroom. There is a mezzanine floor which is a lovely coffee or reading nook, and the first floor comprises of two more bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The master bedroom and one guestroom are located on the first floor. There is a balcony attached to the first-floor guest bedroom and a verandah located on the ground floor which you can step into from the kitchen.

This was our first ever experience with Airbnb and we were very skeptical about it until we found this beautiful stay 😊 Anisha was a super host, very kind and responsive. We were made to feel home right from the moment we arrived. The house was squeaky clean, very hygienic, beautiful with very peaceful surrounding. I would any day opt the same stay over any other when in Goa. Highly highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful stay just a minute away from the beach.
Awesome place to stay in south Goa for 5-6 people. The property is just opposite the swimming pool which my kids weee fond of. The rooms, bathrooms, walk places were super clean. Pros - Very clean and maintained pool, Kitchen with all utensils, peaceful place with no distractions at all from all that roadside traffic and mess of crowds, near the most beautiful beach - Varca beach. Cones - Make proper arrangements of pick up and drop taxi in advance . I got 20 - 30 minutes to get a taxi from Madgaon bus stand to the place ( may be I reached Madgaon in noon time ) Overall - Best place, I enjoyed my stay there with my family . Recommend for all .
Anisha's place was exactly like the pictures . We really enjoyed our stay . The beach is 1.5km from her place and there are some really nice restaurants around. The society is clean and well lit and very safe . Overall it was a good experience.
This is was a great stay, very comfortable for a family of 6, beautiful Portuguese style villa, just as the photos. The hosts Caetano and Anisha were very responsive.
Just how it looks in photos. I had a truly amazing stay. The place was really clean and equipped with all the things shown in the pictures. I would recommend it to everybody who loves a comfy and budget stay. This place made my trip amazing

The privilege of being a Defence kid, has had me travel and live all over India and the world throughout my younger days, and now, I have finally settled in South Goa with my family. Having travelled and lived in Russia, the UK and South Africa, I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures. I spent the early days of my career in the field of training and HR, and finally gave up the corporate world to settle down and grow my family. Now that my daughter is more independent, it's time for me to get back to spending time doing something I enjoy. Bringing together my passion for travel, meeting new people and home interiors, is what led to my venture of hosting people from all over the world in the beautiful village of Varca, in South Goa. The holiday homes are located in the idyllic Aansav Verde, where I also live. The exterior of the homes is done up in a beautiful Goan-Portuguese element. The community is a vibrant place consisting of friendly and like-minded individuals, where you will probably see neighbors get together for a guitar session on a weekend on someone's porch, and you get a chance to experience a little piece of heaven on the western coast of India with me. Within our community, we have a lovely cafe, The Cargo Kitchen, that overlooks the never-ending lush green paddy-fields. It's a great place to go for a quick meal, a long coffee, read a book or pick up your laptop and get some email time in. The Cargo kitchen serves a scrumptious breakfast - lunch - early dinner, open from 9am-8pm. I look forward to hosting you at my holiday home!
