Bathroom fan was noisy and the A/C unit was very loud and failed on our last night there.

Good view and location. Definitely should not be advertised as a condo because it looks like a normal hotel room with a mini fridge and an old microwave. There’s a game room and a pool in the resort which was nice. It was a good stay. We were barely in the room so if you plan on being out a lot and just need a place to stay for the night it was perfect.

Great location for Laconia and Weirs beach. Very clean and just as described. Basically slightly more than a hotel room.
