While here, it snowed for the first time this season. Beautiful doesn’t begin to cover the grounds. Once the snow melted, the daily visit from the deer occurred. Home was comfortable though it gets a little cold away from the downstairs heat. Tanya was very flexible and was able to accommodate an extension to our trip. Overall, would love to visit again.

So happy we chose the Gingerbread Hideaway! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. We saw deer outside every day. Tanya is a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed.

The setting with the private lake, wide lawn and house were welcoming. Enjoyed the setting but especially the deer that came regularly onto the lawn and up to the back porch. Would love to visit again!

Very comfortable and lovely home in a beautiful, private setting! Lots to do in the Ithaca area. Returning to the spacious screened in porch overlooking a pond each evening was a wonderful way to end each day. Tanya was always warm and responsive, and provided plenty of helpful information about the local area. Hope to return next year!

The location was incredibly beautiful and serene, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house itself was nothing short of stunning, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated!! I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home.
