George and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Hall is absolutely stunning and so unusual. Jenna was a lovely host; really helpful and accommodating. The meal we had, cooked by Bobby, was truly incredible - the gnudi, the pork, and then the sage and butternut squash dessert were particular favourites and unforgettable. We will definitely be back!!! Potentially the best place we have stayed at through AirBnB.

Amazing stay at Ashlack for 2 nights with my dog! Highly recommend the 6-course dinner offered on Saturday night. Stunning feast, brought my own wine, and relaxed with the other guests & our dogs. So dog friendly as well. The weather was wild and windy! But made the most of it with a beautiful walk around their scenic property 10/10 recommend!

Words and pictures can’t describe how wonderful Ashlack is. Magical setting, crazy beautiful interiors, beyond sublime cooking. The perfect winter get away. Terrific value.
