We used the house for our company retreat. We could not have picked a better place. The kitchen is great for cooking for a big group. We enjoyed the scenic setting from the back patio at the outdoor fireplace. Watching the games and shooting pool in the downstairs bar was a perfect way to finish the evenings. I plan on booking for a family trip in the future as I think the kids would enjoy fishing in the backyard pond.

Had a great time staying at Deer Walk. Nice place for a big group of people with lots of amenities and little details.

Lovely house, much better equipped than advertised. There was a kids playhouse which was a huge hit for us but it wasn’t advertised. There was a paddle boat in the pond which was great fun. The kitchen was much better equipped than expected. However, the it was letdown by poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness. About 10 light bulbs needed to be replaced, two door handles fell off that we fixed, broken blinds in the master bedroom and there were no chemicals in the hot tub. Generally just needs some tlc and it would be fantastic. If these things can be fixed we would definitely stay again.
