What a wonderful place! Spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, homey in the best sense of the term. Thoughtful & engaging “Mainahs” from a town that’s aptly named. Camden/Rockport amenities as well as hiking and other recreational opportunities, not to mention a classic country store are all within easy reach. I’m grateful for the opportunity to visit.

We spent 5 days in Ed&Kathy’s place. It was very clean, comfortable and decorated very tastefully. We loved our stay! It was almost like being home! Thank you Ed&Kathy for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed Ed & Kathy's place for a working vacation in a location that enabled us to explore the region in our free time. It was helpful having a washer/dryer to minimize our packing for the duration of our trip. We were disappointed that shampoo/conditioner/shower soap was NOT provided as noted in the amenity list. Be prepared for 1-ply TP. There IS a TV however it is a small monitor using Roku. There was an assortment of basic herbs & spices available, however many were old or moldy so I cleaned those out for future guests. It is our preference to access any Airbnb with a door code so that we don't have to inconvenience any host based on our arrival schedule. We found the bed very comfortable and with enough layers for staying warm once winter arrives. All in all, we would recommend this place for your mid-coast Maine travels.
