Great spot with prime beach access!

We stayed at this property as a family of 11 (8 adults, 3 kids). The property is well maintained (overall) but could benefit from some minor maintenance (as all rentals can). The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, cooking gear, etc, which isn't always the case for a lot of rentals. Also, the outdoor furniture received an upgrade with super high quality, long lasting furniture. The location was great, low traffic quiet neighborhood near the beach, can't complain about that at all. The house also had a high chair, and various other kids items (which we didn't need, but I'm sure are useful to others). If you do try the puzzles, be forewarned that our 3 year old might have mixed them together : |... so if you're going to do one, just do them all!

We had a fabulous family vacation in Corolla! This home was large with plenty of bedrooms, seating, quiet spaces inside and out as well as a game room downstairs. The kitchen is large & well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. It even has two dishwashers which came in so handy! The linens were fresh and bathrooms decently clean when we arrived. Although we had brought extra cleaning supplies due to some reviews that we had read, we didn’t feel the need to do our own cleaning. We couldn’t tell from pictures if the beds only had sheets provided so we brought blankets but they weren’t necessary. All the beds have a comforter. The house pool was inviting with solid lounge chairs available, and the two upper decks had great seating as well. The top deck is perfect for enjoying the stars at night! There were even added bonuses since we had three young children: baby gate, baby booster, pack-n-play and building blocks, games, puzzles, tvs, & beach chairs! Thanks!

Beautiful home that fit our whole family. Bathrooms could have been stocked a bit more with toilet paper, and cleanup could have been a bit better. Some trash was found under one of the beds when we first got there. Loved the place though and am very happy overall.

My family had a lovely time at the beach house. We had a couple of small issues that the management quickly resolved, which was appreciated. The views are great and the rooms were clean, but I went with four stars because the house itself is in pretty serious need of some overall maintenance. Considering that this rental is run by a property management company I might expect them to do more routine maintenance. Just a bit shabby for the price.
