wonderful place! I booked a little late for a DC / Maryland trip, so I couldn't get anything closer to DC. but it allowed me to explore the outskirts! Silver Spring, Takoma and the surrounding areas are gorgeous! The place was comfy and clean. Recommend

Very nice place to stay in. I stayed in this house for 23 days and I enjoyed everything about the place. Nice kitchen, laundry and spacious room are the few things I can mention here.

The place was really nice, looked just like in the photos and the shared space was cleaned by personnel frequently so it was mainly very nice and tidy. Evans is very nice and responds quickly. Super easy and worry free check-in. Greatly equipped for longer stays. The bus to Silver Spring/Takoma Park metro station leaves right in front of the building so it’s quite a simple way to get to DC. However if you have a car it’s easier. There’s many ppl staying at the house so your experience might depend a bit on your neighbours and how well they respect the quiet hours etc but my experience was that it was mainly very peaceful and quiet. The only minus for me personally was the fact that my boyfriend who I was in the area for was not allowed to stay over which for me wasn’t stated clearly enough upon booking, I had missed it. Other than that it was a good experience.
