The house was so cute and the little touches like the Christmas pillows and snow globes were so nice! I really appreciate the more environmentally friendly soaps and cleaners. I happen to shop at the Shore Soaps shop when I’m in Cape May (bought a few bars when I was down in October) so the collaboration with them was a bonus! The walk to the bay was great too! Incredibly close!
Highly recommend Susan’s place. The house, located so very close to the beach was small but absolutely perfect for me and my dog. It had everything I needed, the pics are 100% accurate. I specially appreciated the back fenced in yard for my dog! Will definitely stay again!
We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Was the perfect getaway. Beach was super close & beautiful sunsets! Susan was very helpful and accommodating. The cottage had everything we needed! Highly recommend!

I’m Susan Burgos, and I manage The Shell Cottages’ Properties. I care about the homes I present to my guests. I care about your experience in our properties and in the Cape May area. A Shell Cottage is not just a rental. For the time that you spend here, whether that is a weekend, a week, or years, it is your home. I have spent every summer of my life in Cape May, and now I spend most of the year here. My family has been summering in Cape May for over 100 years! I met my husband here, we celebrated our wedding here, and we made sure our amazing daughter could call Cape May home. The warm, welcoming people of Cape May have become some of our dearest friends. We look forward to sharing this very special place with you!
