I visited Tony’s house with family. We were happy to have a space to share together. It is a nice place and peaceful on the water. Beautiful sunrises from the deck! There are lots of amenities here for the bay. For us, the access to the bay was a bit difficult (climb down a ladder, rope for kayak), so we didn't use the water at the back of the house, and used the small local beach more than we anticipated. Some of the pictures show piers extending out into the water, but these piers are the neighbors and not for this rental. I had not realized this when I initially saw the listing, and the water next to this listing's dock was a bit shallow. When booking, I looked forward to working from the deck. The listing mentions security cameras "exterior corners of the proprty” but some are corners of the house. After realizing this, it led to some discomfort and limitations when working on the deck due the sensitive nature of my work. I still enjoyed using the deck when I wasn't working.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay or a kinder host than Tony. Even before we booked he had already gone out of his way to help us. Tony’s house is truly peaceful and relaxing, with everything you could possibly need. It was just what we were looking for. If I could have, I absolutely would have stayed longer! Thank you so much, Tony, for making our trip such a wonderful one. We will be back soon!

We had a great time with my family. We enjoyed the view, had fun with the canoes on the bay, bike ride and walk to the little beach. The place is very secure and adapted to our big dog needs too.

My adult family had a wonderful time! Lovely views from the deck and short walk to a. Lovely tiny beach. House was well stocked and Tony was very responsive to our questions!

If you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay on the shores of Barnegat Bay, with tremendous views and the ability to enjoy the water, this is the place. The home is perfectly designed to enjoy outside activities and indoor comfort, and my family (6 of us) were able to have a much needed weekend away that all of us truly enjoyed.
