Great setup for a large group. We rented all 3 apartment units for a group of 10 adults and 3 kids and it was an excellent arrangement all the way around. The total of 8 separate bedrooms provided a wonderful measure of privacy, while the larger living area of the larger lower unit allowed the whole group to gather for dinners. Everything was clean and our hosts had communicated all key info in advance and were very responsive to a couple of questions we had after our arrival. All sorts of shopping, dining and drinking options within immediate walking distance.

This stay was AMAZING! Perfect for our family size and beautiful home! The pool, backyard and view is beautiful! Everything was listed as how Correll mentioned and he is very quick to respond to ANY questions/concerns we had! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our family getaway and we definitely hope to book with you in the future!!!!

Upon entry, we noticed an unpleasant smell in all the units that never really went away. The fridge door had also been open which caused our food/drinks to take a long time to start cooling. There was no hot water in Unit B our whole stay. Many of the lights were out all around the house, especially in Unit A, which made it hard to see inside at night. Family members said they felt like their sheets were dirty, and in master bedroom where my husband and I stayed in Unit A (first bedroom) had sand in the sheets. The towels also smelled like wet dog. The pool was very hot as well, but not sure if there’s anything you can do about that since it’s hot during summer. On the first night we were locked out for over an hour and a half because we received an incorrect passcode and the host wasn’t answering, which was pretty frustrating. We received a partial refund for our inconvenience that night but the place needs a lot of work. Overall an ok place to stay for just a sleep and shower.
