Overall 4 Rating. The house is spacious and clean with a nice pool and hot tub, outdoor space, and theater. PROS: Great house with four bedrooms (two with ensuite bathrooms). The other two king bedrooms share a bathroom. There are two additional full bathrooms (downstairs and outside by the pool) and a powder room. The outdoor space is great with a pool (additional charge to heat), hot tub, and seating area with television with tapped keg beer. The kitchen is well-appointed and roomy enough for multiple cooks. The master bedroom and bathroom are roomy and nice. CONS: Early check-in was only available for $100 per hour. Seems ridiculous after paying several thousand dollars per night. They did a mediocre job of making sure the house was ready and in good condition. Maintenance had to unclog two drains and tighten a loose shower handle. Beer kegs were mostly empty and the tap worked poorly. Many fireplaces but no firewood (they did bring some). Needs additional silverware in kitchen.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. We loved every moment here and can’t wait to visit again. The house is so beautifully maintained and decorated and it has everything you could need and more Thanks for a wonderful repeat stay!

Perfect house for our big group. Inside and outside was beautiful and spacious. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and private. Had more amenities than we even expected (games, some basic ingredients, hot tub jets, heaters outside). And very close walking distance to the water and the shops downtown. All around lovely house with very helpful responsive hosts. Also recommend Matt’s other properties, our group rented two others nearby in Cardiff that we’re equally beautiful and easy.

The two families of eight stayed here comfortably for the Christmas NY celebration - we enjoyed our companies and the house was just perfect. Kids played in the pool and we cooked inside and outside and played games and enjoyed the wonderful surroundings in the nearby beaches and hills. Would love to come again soon!!
