We have the most luxurious family beach house in the area. Fantastic views. Steps to beach & shops of the most iconic So CA beach town. Excellent reviews! 5 beds, new larger living rm/kitchen, and family room/TV Room with outdoor area, glass walls, skylights, hardwood floors & designer furniture. The prime location & views of the beach & waves are fantastic! We have furnished it with mostly Pottery Barn & William Sonoma furnishings in a Modern/Beachy decor. All our rooms have high quality bedding & big murals on the walls. The bathrooms are all stainless steel & glass tile with high end fixtures. There are two main living areas with kitchens & top of the line appliances. The TV room has a huge sofa that can fit 6-8 people can lay down in front of the 70 inch TV. There is also a large 55 inch TV in the all new living room & master bedroom. All the rooms have air conditioning (rare in beach houses). The beds in each room are as follows: 1 kings, 4 queens, . There are two patios with ocean views; one on bottom floor has lots of palm trees, waterfalls, spa firepit and deck area, a hot outdoor shower, a large seating area with shade, & a barbecue & you can walk right out to the beach. The other is on the second, living room level and includes a counter height bar and seating area. There is 2-3 cars in the driveway. We have Wifi. This is a great house for large families of all ages! Or corporate groups, of which we have had many. The house is across from a very popular, renovated beach area that looks like a scene from a movie. The playground, volleyball courts, beach bonfires and beach restaurant are just a few yards away and in view of the house. Beach and ocean views are from the large living/dining/kitchen area and master and 2nd bedroom. Little kids will love the park and older kids will love the volleyball and beach access and everyone will have a great time at the bon fires. Older adults have easy access. Don’t be fooled by house pictures with all ocean out the windows. They are high on the bluff and very far from the beach! There are also tons of activities at the beach: yoga, drum circles, volleyball, tennis courts, restaurant, surf rentals, concerts, street festivals, surf lessons and day camps. Most beach houses in San Diego are on a very high bluff but ours is easy access to the beach on a sidewalk and two blocks from the main shopping street and train station. Truly an ideal spot for a vacation and close to the highway for the short drive to the Del Mar Racetrack, Lego Land, San Diego Zoos, Sea World, and downtown. The Coaster (Train) Station is two blocks away and can take you to downtown's Gaslamp District as well as Old Town or LA. In Encinitas, you can walk to everything or rent bicycles. Tons of new restaurants and a vibrant nightlife a block away, in this quintessential, California surf town.
