Place was exactly as advertised and in an excellent place for Scarborough- straight on the beach but also so easy to get to and it's own parking. communication was great throughout and whole trip was excellent thanks to Steff and the team. Will definitely be back!

A bit of a last minute staycation however we weren't disappointed with the accommodation we booked, everything was as described and we weren't disappointed when we walked through the door. Great location, close to the beach and the local amenities, highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Love place , great location everything was in a walkable distance for what we wanted to see and do. Loved the bathroom absolutely huge. The bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch when we opened the fridge. The only fault was the Wi-Fi, if one phone connected the other wouldn't, if both connected one would be kicked off the Wi-Fi. The smart tv also wouldn't stay connected the Wi-Fi
