The house was in a good spot very near to Peasholme Park. The house itself is lovely and location within easy walking distance of centre and north bay. The house is uncluttered and has everything you would hope for in a rental. There were 5 of us and it was spacious. We stayed in December so cannot comment about on street parking. The off street spot is quite tight for bigger cars although we had plenty of parking permits. The experience would be a 5 star but upon arrival house temperature was circa 13 degrees and heating had clearly been off for a while. It took a good 24 hours to get up to temperature because it’s a detached house which hadn’t been used for a few weeks. Once the heating did its thing, there was no issue and the frustration is more that the hosts didn’t monitor the heating and turn it on remotely using their G@@gle Nest.

Fully equipped, clean place to stay. thoroughly enjoyed by all the family. plenty of local take aways and restaurants if you prefer to eat out. communication excellent. you won't be disappointed

We had an amazing time staying at Paula's place. Its clean, cosy, beautifully decorated. We felt right at home and the location was perfect. Paula and her cleaner were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely book again!
