The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, perfect when you want to relax and get away. Our home is in a newly constructed development on Mare island, a former US Naval Base. There are beautiful views and historical Mansion/homes with stunning architectural details. You will feel as if you stepped back in time, or onto a film-studio back-lot! The first floor guest-room has beautiful crown-moulding and wainscoting and is bright and airy with view of the courtyard/patio. An easy walk or bike to the Golf Course, Indoor sports center, cable tv, netflicks, high-speed internet access/wi-fi, laundry facilities,close to public transportation, ferry-boat or easy bus access to San Francisco (45-60 min). San Francisco is just a 30-minute drive (non-commute hours). Suisun Valley wineries ,Napa Valley wineries offer free tasting rooms (15-20 minutes by car) and Marin area (20-30 min).
