Welcome to Shelter Cove's newest addition! This stunning home features expansive ocean views, high ceilings, and elegant chic beach decor. Relax on the 450 square-foot balcony and enjoy expansive views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, Cape Mendocino Lighthouse, and planes taking off and land on the private airstrip. Just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, golf, restaurants, and airport! Your stay comes with complimentary WiFi access, 70" smart TV, 4 parking spots, and a Keurig coffee maker. This gorgeous custom home features unbelievable ocean views that include views of the lighthouse and Shelter Cove airport. Includes two desks and work chairs so you can "work from home" with an ocean view! There are two bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King Bed with attached full bathroom including walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: Twin over full bunkbed. Full bathroom with shower tub combo is located right next to the bedroom. In the living room, you can enjoy both watching Netflix on a brand new 70" TV and the stunning ocean views simultaneously. Feel like spending time outside without departing from the property? No problem. The 450 square-foot balcony comes a barbecue for grilling and ocean views that never get old. We had a fantastic stay at Aaron's place! The house was super clean, modern, well decorated, and has an amazing view of the ocean. We would definitely come back again!

We had a great stay at this place. The house was clean, kitchen was well equipped, had extra blankets to enjoy the beachy cool winds. Shelter cove is remote, it takes around 40 min to reach to the house from the highway but the roads are paved throughout so had no issues. View was beautiful from the balcony, we could easily walk to the beach. Overall it was a peaceful place and provided the relaxation we were looking for. Host was responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Thanks Aaron!

We enjoyed our stay at shelter cove. The house was lovely and and was very close the both beaches. The house has many cooking utensils and amenities and made it easy to cook meals. 5/5 would stay again!

No car needed here! Perfect for pilots or guests who enjoy walking to all the amazing places that Shelter Cove has to offer! This home is situated in a lovely neighborhood just minutes from the beach and restaurants. As you drive through Shelter Cove you will notice many friendly neighbors walking throughout the beautiful oceanfront community. While some homes in Shelter Cove are set back several miles from the beach and restaurants, our home is less than a 15 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and mini mart. Go for a swim, fishing, hike, bike ride, explore the tide pools, hear the seals barking, and come enjoy everything that Shelter Cove has to offer!
