Watercolor House is an elegant lakefront tiny home carefully curated to bring peace & comfort to all who visit. Set on a half acre treed lot, enjoy the great outdoors at nearby waterfalls & hiking trails. Bring your boat or kayak. Bass fish in the lake. Roast s'mores by the stone fire-pit & relax in the screened-in porch or open deck. With a welcoming living room, a large tv for movie watching, an electric fireplace for cuddling, 2 private bedrooms & cozy loft space, the whole family can enjoy! Our tiny house features a sun filled living room and kitchen, a private master bedroom, a private secondary bedroom with bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top) and a cozy loft space with two twin beds. Our couch can convert to a queen sized bed. The home has a full sized fridge, stove/oven, and washer and dryer. We have a lovely screened in porch, an open air deck, a pretty stone fireplace. Located right in the lake with parking for 2-3 vehicles it is a perfect getaway!

Such a relaxing cabin!! From the screened in porch to the fire pit with a view of the lake you will leave feeling renewed & relaxed!! The beds were comfortable, the cabin was clean, & Libby was very helpful & quick to respond. We would definitely go here again! Such an amazing place to stay while exploring South Cumberland State Park & Savage Gulf Stare Park!!
We absolutely love this home! It really felt like home for the three days that we were there.

The tiny house community was really fun with great docks and a game area. Our tiny house was clean and lovely. We totally relaxed in the house and grounds and really enjoyed our stay. We hope to return and will certainly tell friends about the fun destination.
